All purchases on our site are one time only.
We do not offer subscriptions or recurring billing unless clearly stated in the future.
Digital Delivery
Digital products are emailed instantly.

Shipping of Physical Items
Botanical items are shipped within Australia only. We comply with national and state biosecurity rules. If your region restricts certain plant materials, we may be unable to ship your order.
You will be contacted if this affects your purchase.
Refunds & Returns
Digital products:
Non refundable under normal circumstances. Refunds are only provided if required under Australian Consumer Law.
Physical products:
If damaged, incorrect or faulty, notify us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
Chargebacks
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us first at info@rosiesshrimpkeeping.com. Most issues can be resolved quickly.
Unwarranted or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of future purchases.
Acceptance
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Billing Agreement.
